Meet the Heart Behind ASH-tY

Vinny is the founder of ASH-tY — a values-driven educational movement that believes success begins from the inside out. With over 20 years of experience as an ex-MOE teacher, former PSLE marker, dyslexia-trained coach, and curriculum developer, she has devoted her life to nurturing not just academic excellence, but purpose, character, and emotional intelligence in every learner.

As a mother of four, Vinny understands the real struggles parents face — from guiding children through the PSLE journey to supporting them through the complex teenage years. As an entrepreneur and working parent, she knows the importance of balancing ambition with presence at home.

Together with her husband — both certified Prepare/Enrich Facilitators — they mentor couples to build strong marriages while managing the demands of everyday life. Their work supports families in creating homes that are emotionally safe, value-rich, and united.
